dec2hex is a simple little program for the Palm OS. You can use
it to convert decimal numbers to their hexadecimal
representation and vice versa. It's not very sophisticated, but
it suffices the needs I had when I wrote it (which was exactly
just converting decimal and hexadecimal numbers). I might or
might not make it more functional or better in the future.
